DZNG Terms and Conditions set the rules and conditions for using dzng.org. Using DZNG means agreeing to the rules below, so please read every section carefully before you continue. Please note that these terms cover the use of our website, while further terms may apply during newsletter subscription or sign-up, and distinct terms apply if you decide to submit a design to us.
1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
DZNG Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of DZNG, available at https://dzng.org, and of all pages, features and content of dzng.org. By accessing or using DZNG, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to be bound by DZNG Terms and Conditions, the DZNG Privacy Policy and the DZNG Cookies Policy. If you agree, you are welcome to continue using DZNG, and otherwise we ask you to stop using DZNG. The publisher of DZNG is identified in the DZNG Impressum.
2. Content Is for Entertainment and Information Only
DZNG publishes features about service, information technologies, hospitality, accolade and more and more. Everything published on DZNG, including articles, descriptions, images, rankings, daily features, quotes, links and advertisements, is provided for entertainment and general information purposes only. For professional, legal, financial, purchasing, investment, design, business, tax, technical or cybersecurity advice, please consult a qualified professional, because content on DZNG is general information and carries no offer, endorsement, recommendation, warranty or guarantee of any product, service, person or company. DZNG is an editorial publication, so to purchase featured service, information technologies, hospitality and other designs, products or projects, please contact the respective designers, brands or rights holders. You alone are responsible for any decision or action you take on the basis of content published on DZNG.
3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DZNG and all content published on dzng.org are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that dzng.org will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses, malware or other harmful components. DZNG does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DZNG, the publisher of DZNG and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of DZNG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, DZNG, or reliance on any content published on dzng.org, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in DZNG Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5. Full Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless DZNG, the publisher of DZNG and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of DZNG from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of DZNG, (b) your breach of DZNG Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and (d) any information you provide through DZNG or to the third-party services reached through DZNG. The obligation to indemnify survives any end, suspension or termination of your use of DZNG.
6. Intellectual Property
Featured works. The service, information technologies, hospitality and other designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on DZNG belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties. Each work is shown on DZNG for editorial purposes, and the presentation of a work on DZNG leaves every right with the respective owners.
Original materials of DZNG. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of DZNG are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 DZNG. You are welcome to read DZNG and to share links to pages of dzng.org for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior and explicit written permission from the publisher of DZNG, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of dzng.org, except where the law expressly allows.
Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on DZNG infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a notice through the DZNG Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. DZNG reviews every notice promptly and carefully and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.
7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising
DZNG contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner and affiliated websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of DZNG, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain solely the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third party.
Advertising shown on DZNG is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the privacy-first advertising solution provider of DZNG. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains solely the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services
Some features of DZNG, such as the DZNG Submit Design page, the DZNG Newsletter page and the DZNG Encyclopedia page, work in two simple steps. You provide a few details on dzng.org and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not DZNG, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You also agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DZNG for lawful purposes, to access dzng.org through ordinary browsing and search engine indexing rather than through robots, crawlers, scrapers, bots or other automated means, to respect the security and availability of dzng.org, its servers and its networks, to provide truthful information through the forms of DZNG, and to keep every credit, copyright, trademark and other notice intact.
10. Availability and Changes
The publisher of DZNG may change, suspend or discontinue DZNG, or any content or feature of DZNG, at any time, for any reason and without notice or liability. DZNG Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time, and the date shown at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. 11. Governing Law
DZNG Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with DZNG, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the publisher of DZNG identified in the DZNG Impressum, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. General Provisions
If any provision of DZNG Terms and Conditions is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Any delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. DZNG Terms and Conditions, together with the DZNG Privacy Policy and the DZNG Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the use of DZNG.
